Our signature blend starts with crushing fresh ginger and green cardamom, then adding cinnamon sticks, whole cloves, and black peppercorns. These aromatics are simmered in water until fragrant, then Assam CTC tea leaves are added for bold, malty depth. Finally, whole milk is poured in and the chai is brought to a rolling boil – the traditional technique that creates chai's characteristic creamy, frothy top.
