About This Dish
The Samosa is perhaps the most recognized Indian snack worldwide, and at SPICE ROOM we make ours entirely from scratch every day. Our pastry dough is hand-mixed, rolled thin, cut into precise triangles, and filled with a perfectly spiced potato-pea mixture seasoned with cumin, coriander, green chilies, and fresh ginger.
Each samosa is carefully folded and sealed by hand, then deep-fried at the perfect temperature until the exterior is shatteringly crispy and golden while the filling stays soft and aromatic inside. We serve them piping hot alongside our house-made tamarind chutney (sweet-tangy) and mint-cilantro chutney (cool-spicy).
