The result is a bread that's impossibly soft inside with perfectly charred bubbles on the surface, infused with aromatic roasted garlic and finished with a generous brush of melted butter and fresh cilantro.
Our naan dough is prepared daily using a traditional recipe – yogurt-enriched for tenderness, naturally leavened, and hand-stretched before being slapped onto the scorching walls of our tandoor.
