
Creamy Mango Lassi

Ingredients
- 1 cup ripe mango pulp
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup cold milk
- 2 tbsp sugar or honey
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
- handful ice cubes
- pinch saffron strands (optional)
Instructions

Add mango pulp, yogurt, milk, and sugar to a blender.

Add cardamom powder and ice cubes.

Blend until smooth and frothy, about 1 minute.

Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

Pour into tall glasses and garnish with saffron strands.
