Creamy Mango Lassi

A refreshing yogurt-based drink blended with sweet mangoes and a hint of cardamom - the perfect cooling beverage.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ripe mango pulp
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cold milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar or honey
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • handful ice cubes
  • pinch saffron strands (optional)

Instructions

    Add mango pulp, yogurt, milk, and sugar to a blender.

    Add cardamom powder and ice cubes.

  3. 3

    Blend until smooth and frothy, about 1 minute.

    Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

    Pour into tall glasses and garnish with saffron strands.
